Sarah is a New York art dealer who works alongside her father at his auction house. Her mother passed away unexpectedly shy of her nineteenth birthday, the death bringing emotions Sarah would never be able to forget.
She became withdrawn, however later realising this was something her mother would not have wanted and once completing college she made it her life mission to help her father.

In April of 2006, Sarah met two gentlemen by the names of Sam and Dean Connors, apparent art dealers, she later found that they were hunters of the supernatural. A lady by the name of Evelyn brought a haunted painting, later that evening murdered by a young girl. After feeling a sense of responsibility Sarah took part in the process of avenging her death.
